Industrial/Organizational (I/O) psychology researcher and data analyst with a MSc in Applied Psychology (I/O) and roughly a year of applied experience delivering research, analytics, and assessment work within the Department of National Defence under the FSWEP program. Currently working on another study of police officers, this time with a Canadian-only sample. Experienced in advanced quantitative analysis in SPSS and R, survey and interview methodology, psychometrics and scale validation, selection and assessment design, and translating research evidence into briefings, recommendations, and training for organizational decision-makers. Particular interest in workplace wellbeing and personnel research in high-stakes and public-sector environments.
